How to read it

MAO is the most you can pay the seller and still leave your fee AND the buyer's margin intact. If MAO comes out below what the seller will accept, the deal doesn't work at this fee — lower your fee, find a hotter buyer, or pass. The "buyer profit" line is what keeps your buyer list coming back: if it's thin, your deals stop selling.
